1. Sponsor. This drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by OpsMill, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry and who attend Autocon 5 in person in Munich, Germany. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and of the Autocon 5 event organizer, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for complying with the laws of their country of residence regarding participation in prize drawings, and for any import duties or taxes that may apply to receipt of the prize.
3. Drawing Period. Entries will be accepted from Tuesday, June 9 through Thursday, June 11 (“Drawing Period”).
4. How to Enter. During the Drawing Period, visit the OpsMill booth at Autocon 5, Munich, Germany, and complete the official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one Iron Man MK50 replica helmet — a precise ABS-shell replica with a metallic finish, motorized faceplate, illuminated eye lenses, subtle ear lighting, and voice / touch / wireless-remote control systems. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes, fees, and expenses associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Thursday June 11, at the OpsMill booth. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within ten (10) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Privacy. Information submitted by entrants is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [URL]. By entering, you consent to Sponsor collecting and using your information for the purposes of administering the Drawing and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or misdirected entries, or any other errors of any kind.
10. Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and the Autocon 5 event organizer, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Drawing or acceptance or use of the prize.
