INFRAHUB PRICING
Software pricing is based on processing capabilities. Services and upgraded support are optionally available.
Infrahub licences are based on the compute resources needed to manage data (e.g., devices, ports, IP addresses) and actions. Actions are more compute-intensive.
Each pricing package defines a number of cores devoted to data or actions (worker). Custom pricing is available to add more worker cores to any package, or for larger environments.
4 data cores | 2 worker cores
8 data cores | 4 worker cores
16 data cores | 8 worker cores
Matched to requirements
Though we can’t predict exact compute resource needs, we’ve found that these guidelines are a good rule of thumb for matching package size to your environment:
<500 devices
500 - 2,500 devices
2,500 - 10,000 devices
10,000+ devices
Accelerate onboarding and success with expert-led implementation and consulting. Available as time- or project-based engagements.
Every Infra Enterprise licence includes standard SLA-backed support through Slack, Discord, and email. For further support, you can choose:

Infrahub pricing is based on the compute resources needed to manage data and actions. CPU cores handle overall data and platform scalability, and task workers handle actions such as generation of artifacts, CI pipeline validations and running generators.
Each of our pricing packages, from small to large, comes with a set number of CPU cores and task workers. You can add more task workers to any package. You’ll find details on the cores included per package in the section called Infrahub Enterprise pricing above.
Infrahub Enterprise pricing also provides some guidelines about choosing a package size that’s right for you.
No, there are no limits to the number or types of devices you can have in Infrahub. There are scaling considerations though. Infrahub needs to be sized and deployed appropriately to handle the data and automation code for each environment. Please reach out to our team to discuss your specific needs.
The Infrahub Enterprise plan includes SLA-backed support during standard business hours through Slack, email, and a private Discord channel. You can choose to upgrade to 24/7 coverage that also includes phone support, and/or to purchase a monthly budget of hours for more advanced support needs.
With Infrahub Community, support is offered through a public channel on Discord where both OpsMill team members and fellow Community users respond to questions.
Infrahub is a containerized platform that can be deployed on-prem or in customer-managed cloud resources. All data is stored locally in the platform, allowing for full customer control.
Apache 2.0 is a permissive free software license written by the Apache Software Foundation (ASF). Under the Apache 2.0 licence, you can use Infrahub for any purpose, distribute it, or modify it. You’re not required to share any modifications you make to the Infrahub code with the community.
The Community version is perfect for smaller teams and environments. It gives you a robust open-source experience with all the core features of Infrahub, including schema customization, version control, and CI integration.
Infrahub Enterprise is designed for larger production environments that need reliability, scale, and expert support. It includes:
While migrating from Infrahub Community to Enterprise is technically possible, we recommend testing with Infrahub Enterprise directly if you’re evaluating it for production use.
Infrahub Enterprise includes significant performance optimizations and scaling improvements that become especially important for larger or more complex environments. Testing with Community could give you an incomplete picture of Enterprise’s capabilities and potentially lead to performance issues during your proof of concept that wouldn’t exist in the actual Enterprise deployment. Since Enterprise is available for non-production testing, there’s no reason to compromise your evaluation experience.
Infrahub Enterprise can be deployed in non-production environments for free for a limited time to evaluate its capabilities. Installation instructions are available in our public documentation so it’s possible to trial the product on your own—but we strongly encourage working with the OpsMill team, or an approved partner, during your proof of concept. Our solutions architects can provide guidance on setup, best practices, and help you validate your specific use cases to accelerate time-to-value.
Yes! The Infrahub Schema Library is a curated collection of practical, ready-to-use schemas designed to cover common infrastructure needs. The library is open to everyone.
With Infrahub Enterprise, you also have access to consulting services from our team of network automation experts. During onboarding or a proof of concept phase, we’re happy to provide hands-on help with building out the schema that’s right for your environment.
Yes! With our Infrahub Sync tool, you can easily synchronize data from one or more current systems of record. You don’t need to rip and replace anything.
Our team can help with data imports and sync for customers on the Enterprise plan.
