OpsMill Appoints Karen Gallantry as Co-Founder and COO to Accelerate GTM and Revenue for AI-Powered Infrastructure Automation
Former VMWare, Okta, and mParticle exec to lead GTM, Finance, and People Operations
PARIS – September 23, 2025 — OpsMill, the company behind the open source automation platform Infrahub, today named enterprise software executive Karen Gallantry as its Co-Founder and COO. With over 20 years of experience leading sales, operations, and finance teams, Karen joins as OpsMill’s growth is accelerating due to the enthusiastic reception of its open source, AI-enabled data management platform for network and infrastructure automation.
“I am thrilled to welcome Karen, not only in her role as COO but more importantly as a co-founder, who will partner side-by-side with me in building the OpsMill business,” said OpsMill CEO Damien Garros. “Her breadth of business expertise is the perfect complement to my strengths as a technical founder. Karen will lead the scaling of our go-to-market and corporate functions, allowing me to focus on pushing forward the innovation that has captured the imagination of infrastructure automation teams around the world.”
Gallantry joins OpsMill on the heels of strong early market traction, bringing more than a decade of global go-to-market leadership. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Airbox Systems and mParticle (acquired by Rokt), where she scaled revenue and operations worldwide. Earlier in her career, she led EMEA go-to-market strategy at Okta and enterprise sales strategy and operations at VMware, building deep expertise in regional execution, finance, and corporate operations. This blend of global CRO experience and regional strategy leadership positions her to help OpsMill accelerate the commercialization of its open-source platform for enterprise automation.
Gallantry’s appointment follows significant growth for OpsMill, which first released general availability of its flagship open source product Infrahub in October of 2024. Infrahub is a knowledge graph-based infrastructure data management platform for automation and AI that integrates native git protocols and continuous integration (CI).
Since its initial release, Infrahub has rapidly gained traction as the data engine for organizations that are building automation stacks to drive infrastructure self-service that delivers rapid time-to-market, maximizes accuracy and efficiency, and keeps enterprises secure and compliant.
Over the last year, thousands of organizations have engaged with OpsMill and Infrahub’s open source project. Major enterprises, financial service companies, global media and entertainment conglomerates, higher education, digital businesses, and cloud providers are among OpsMill’s clients and Infrahub adopters, bringing significant ARR and revenue growth.
AI-native features such as the Emma assistant and MCP policy server, plus the developer-centric VSCode extension, reinforce Infrahub’s position as a platform that is purpose-built for intelligent infrastructure management. Infrahub’s structured graph architecture gives AI systems a unified, schema-driven view of infrastructure relationships — enabling safe, explainable automation at scale..
“The future for OpsMill is very bright, given the traction I’ve witnessed and the glowing feedback we’ve received from customers about how powerful Infrahub is for their infrastructure automation initiatives,” said Gallantry. “I’m excited to help the team meet rising demand as well as grow the community of engineers and organizations that understand and gain value from OpsMill’s open source and enterprise software solutions.”
As infrastructure teams demand faster, more reliable automation, OpsMill aims to become the foundation for intent-driven, AI-augmented operations in every enterprise.
